1. Bresaola in a bed of rucola with tomatoes, parmesan and corn kernels ; Strawberry Tiramisù — Desert during the visit of our city mayor.
2. Exams next month! Yay! — [This month actually ] I’m not reaady yet. ; City mayor with our school authorities. I don’t even know the reason why he paid a visit. 
3. My CYN family — We celebrated the anniversary last august 15 and it was fun.
4. Main Building — After 6 months we came back to our main building. Despite the wrecked ceilings and about-to-collapse walls, I still love staying there because of the view.

2. August 4 — I celebrated my birthday at a Chinese resto with my boyfriend, his sister and her husband. After ordering the appetizers, main and 2nd course, I asked them if they’d like any dessert. I wanted to try the rice cake but they said no dessert for that time. Since they refused, I’d feel bad eating a cake alone. After we finished our meal, I was so full and I felt so tired. I closed my eyes as I leaned on his shoulder. However, I noticed that the lights were suddenly turned off so I said, “Goodnight!” After a while, I heard them say, “Auguri!” When I opened my eyes, I saw a cake in front of me with my age carved on the candles. I thanked the waitress who brought it, made a wish, and blew the candles..  My boyfriend complained, “Why do you thank the waitress and not the one who bought the cake and planned everything?” I burst out laughing and then thanked him. That was the best cake I ever tasted. Good thing I brought home some.
3. My new Spongebob mug! I actually broke the mug he gave me last Valentine’s day. So he bought me a new one. (Random fact: Whatever I drink, I always use mug!)
4. Say hi to Ciro, the nicest out of the 9 cats in this house.
5. Cheers to the new RNs! All of my beloved classmates passed the board. I’m so proud of them. Well, people used to stare at us in a sinister way while they whisper, “Oh! The cheaters!” But just look at them! You can’t cheat on board yo! What am I saying? LOL! Beh, I should forget about nursing by now. I have taken another path way different from it. So, I need to focus on my present let’s-say-dream.

• July 18,2011 — Good Morning Naples. I’m too early this day ‘cuz we’re going to Sorrento.. Yipeee!
• A snapshot of the Sorrento’s blue water. It’s the best [so far].
• Boredom makes me do things I shouldn’t do.. I cut my hair short.  I just realized I’m not good at styling short hair.  Now I want my long hair back.
• Tuna Pasta — One of my favorite recipes.
